  This is actually just a mod of the Weather desklet that is included with the fabulous AveScripter by PCM. All I've done is made a new skin (Aero) and included Weather icons from Stardock (originally taken from Judge's Aero Weather docklet for SysStats - permission included from Stardock). Also, I'm currently looking at making the slide effect change so that you can locate the desklet on the right of your screen and have it slide out to the left - if anyone has a quick code snippet for this just shout out. Thanks to Andreas for an excellent app and PCM for AveScripter (and thanks shmengie for upload instructions ). Forgot to mention that it requires HandelGotDlig font - if you don't have it you can replace all instances of the font name in Weather.xml (use Notepad or EditPlus) with whichever font you prefer. San serif styles work best IMO. I've also included the original Konfabulator icons for those who prefer them - just move the 'icons' and 'small' folders into the 'Stardock Icons' folder and move the ones in the 'Konfab Icons' folder into the main Aero Weather desklet folder. No need to rename anything - just reload the desklet and the other icons should show up. To install: UnRar to your AveDesk/Desklets/AveScripter/ folder and then add new desklet via the AveDesk control panel.

  Last Updated 1/3/2006. -small change in xml script only nessasary to update to this version if you have trouble viewing the desklet. Whats new: Small change in the timezone code ,now using the original method by PCM however its been tweaked a little by PCM to work better. Weather with moon phases! New icon code which means its now sycronized from day to night with the background and the large weather icons. (images change at surise /sunset). You can also select the moon phase southern or nothern hemisphere on the back. New background Images to even closer emulate apples weather widget.

  Hi there - this is a mod of the analog clock that comes with AveScripter. At the bottom of its glass you'll find the flipit icon - press it for options and you can choose between 9 background colors for this clock. Or you can even mod it and choose between different skins using this option... Enjoy P.S.: Thanks to PCM for finding the bug in the script - I would be lost without! P.P.S.: I seem to have problems to upload the screenshot - it's showing the same as the one I submitted with "LCD clock"...

  Sample on how to put flash in your desklet. There are some known limitations -Transparency doesn't always work. (Windows API limitation I think) If you put it on the primary display it usually works, but on secondary it doesn't -Z Order. Sometimes the flash appears over all the other desklet layers.
